Product Introduction
Manufactured in accordance with GB 21148, GB/T 2099, and EN ISO 20344/20345/20346/20347, this equipment is primarily used to evaluate the hydrolytic resistance of shoe uppers and outsoles in occupational footwear, protective footwear, and safety footwear. It is widely employed by specialized labor‑protection‑equipment supervision and inspection stations, research institutes for workplace safety, product quality‑inspection agencies, and manufacturers of safety and protective footwear.
Product Features:
1. The test speed can be set manually and displayed in real time.
2. Equipped with a genuine Taikang compressor, delivering powerful cooling performance.
3. The inner liner is made of high-quality stainless steel and features a semi-circular, four-corner design.
4. Optional accessories include a shoe upper hydrolysis fixture, an outsole hydrolysis fixture, and a finished-shoe cold‑resistance fixture.
5. The number of test cycles can be set manually and displayed in real time; the system will automatically stop once the preset number of cycles is reached.
6. PLC touch-screen operation and control: all relevant operations can be performed via the touch screen.
