Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 20991, GB 21146, GB 21147, and GB 21146, this equipment is primarily used for thermal insulation and high‑temperature resistance testing of finished footwear such as occupational shoes, protective shoes, and safety shoes. It is widely employed by specialized labor‑protection‑equipment supervision and inspection stations, research institutes for workplace safety, product quality‑inspection agencies, and manufacturers of safety and protective footwear.

1. It uses a copper heating plate, which offers excellent thermal conductivity and rapid heating.
2. Equipped with a timer, allowing users to set the test duration independently.
3. It employs a high-precision PT100 sensor and displays the test temperature in real time.
4. Equipped with a temperature compensation system for more precise control of the test temperature.
