Product Introduction

Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 20991, GB 21146, GB 21147, and GB 21146, this equipment is primarily used for testing the compressive resistance of occupational footwear, protective footwear, and safety footwear, as well as the puncture resistance of shoe soles. It is widely employed by specialized labor‑protection‑equipment supervision and inspection stations, research institutes for workplace safety, product quality‑inspection agencies, and manufacturers of safety and protective footwear.

Product Features:

1. The flat plate (static pressure) and the test pin (puncture) are electrically raised and lowered.

2. The lower plate is connected to a high-precision, dedicated pressure sensor (for static pressure and puncture).

3. LCD display of maximum force value (static pressure, puncture).

4. Control is implemented using a PLC and a touch screen, with relevant parameters displayed in real time on the touch screen.

5. Equipped with upper and lower mechanical limit switches for equipment protection.

6. Equip with dedicated puncture-resistant nails and pressure‑resistant compression heads, and replace them as needed.

7. Two sets of cylindrical mold tooling are provided to facilitate the fabrication of cylindrical parts.
