Description
Product Introduction
The impact hammer of the toe‑impact tester is dropped from a specified height, delivering a defined energy in joules to the toe cap of a safety shoe or protective footwear. Following the impact, the residual deformation of a clay cylindrical specimen pre‑placed inside the toe cap is measured; the extent of this deformation, together with whether the protective toe cap has fractured and become translucent, is used to evaluate the toe‑impact resistance of the safety or protective shoe, thereby assessing its overall safety performance.
