Product Introduction

It is applicable to the determination of the flame-retardant performance of safety nets, safety harnesses, and other products with flame-retardant requirements.

Product Features:

1. Combustion test chamber: Constructed from stainless steel, it exhibits superior heat resistance, resistance to smoke‑induced corrosion, mechanical properties, and aesthetic appeal compared with conventional metallic materials. The top and both sides of the chamber are equipped with ventilation and exhaust ports, each with an inner diameter of 12.5 mm.

2. Ignition method: Pulse‑type automatic ignition, eliminating the need for a lighter or handheld igniter; operation is safe and reliable.

3. Flame Adjustment: Equipped with a flow‑control valve, it allows convenient and flexible adjustment of the flame height by regulating the gas flow rate, and includes a flame‑height scale.

4. Specimen Holder: Equipped with a U-shaped specimen holder that meets standard requirements and features a limit rod for convenient and rapid placement of the specimen holder.

Measurement and Control System

1. The overall control system employs a PLC–touchscreen architecture, with all relevant operations performed via the touchscreen.

2. The touchscreen displays the test status in real time, including pulse ignition status, motor status, solenoid valve status, and more.

3. The touchscreen features a well-known domestic brand, a stylish 16:9 widescreen, and a TFT LCD display with a precision four-wire resistive touch panel. It is equipped with a 400 MHz high-speed CPU, delivering faster response times and enhanced processing capabilities.

4. The PLC uses a Mitsubishi model, featuring built-in high-capacity RAM for faster operation.

5. The ignition timing can be set directly on the touch screen and automatically saves the last configured setting as the default.

6. Equipped with a self‑diagnostic function: in the event of a device malfunction, the touchscreen automatically triggers an alarm and displays information on the faulty component and the observed symptoms.
