Description
Product Introduction
Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 6096, GB 6095, GB 5725, and GB/T 2812, it is primarily used for UV‑preconditioning of safety nets and safety belts prior to testing, and is widely employed by specialized labor protective equipment supervision and inspection stations, architectural research institutes, and construction engineering quality‑testing stations.
Reference standard:
GB/T 2812 “Test Methods for Safety Helmets”
GB 5725 “Safety Nets”
Host structure
1. The entire unit features a stainless steel enclosure, with internal components made of stainless steel or PTFE, offering excellent UV resistance and extending service life.
2. The oversized test chamber can accommodate a single test of 14 safety helmets and two 1 m × 1 m safety net specimens.
3. The helmet test‑fixture holder can rotate 360°, facilitating the installation of helmets.
4. The ultraviolet light source employs a 450 W short-pulse high‑voltage xenon lamp, paired with a dedicated power supply and igniter, to ensure stable operation of the light source.
5. It employs an air-cooling system with downward air intake and upward air exhaust. A dedicated turbofan ensures that ambient air flows uniformly over the xenon lamp surface and throughout the interior of the test chamber, keeping the temperature below the 60°C limit specified in the standards and thereby extending the service life of internal components.
Control System:
1. The overall control system employs a PLC–touchscreen architecture, with all relevant operations performed via the touchscreen.
2. The test duration can be set manually via the touchscreen, and the device features power‑off memory.
3. The PLC system, in conjunction with a high-precision temperature sensor, continuously acquires the chamber’s internal temperature and displays it in real time on the touch screen.
4. The touchscreen displays the test status in real time, such as system operation, high-temperature alarm, and timeout alarm.
5. The touchscreen features a well-known domestic brand, a stylish 16:9 widescreen, and a TFT LCD display with a precision four-wire resistive touch panel. It is equipped with a high-speed 400 MHz CPU, delivering faster response times and enhanced processing power.
6. The PLC uses a Mitsubishi model, featuring built-in high-capacity RAM for faster operation.
Protection System:
1. Equipped with a double-layer UV‑protective observation window, ensuring test safety while allowing real-time monitoring of the chamber’s internal conditions.
2. Equipped with an over-temperature protection system: when the chamber temperature exceeds the preset value, the unit automatically shuts down and triggers an audible alarm.
3. Equipped with an outdated‑protection system: if the test run exceeds the preset duration, the equipment will automatically shut down and trigger an audible alarm.
4. Equipped with a power‑off protection system: during testing, if the chamber door is opened, the unit automatically shuts down and an audible alarm sounds.
5. Equipped with a light sensor to monitor xenon lamp operation in real time; the system automatically shuts down when the lamp is extinguished and issues an audible alarm.
