Product Introduction
Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 5725 and GB/T 14522, this equipment is primarily used to simulate the major artificial climatic conditions found in outdoor humid‑hot natural environments, enabling testing of the weather resistance of flat (or vertical) mesh fabrics. It is widely employed by specialized labor protective‑equipment supervision and inspection stations, architectural research institutes, and construction engineering quality‑testing centers.
Product Features:
1. The cabinet’s exterior is finished with a high-quality baked enamel coating, while the interior wall material is 304-grade, highly corrosion-resistant mirror-finish stainless steel.
2. The insulation material between the inner and outer boxes is high-quality ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, with an insulation layer thickness of 100 mm.
3. The air duct employs a dual‑circulation system, comprising a long‑shaft axial fan, a stainless‑steel multi‑blade centrifugal impeller, and a recirculating air duct. With upward air discharge and downward air intake, the temperature within the chamber is evenly distributed, enhancing airflow as well as heating and cooling performance, thereby significantly improving the uniformity of temperature and humidity in the test chamber.
4. Humidification, heating, and water supply are independent of one another and do not interfere with each other.
5. The refrigeration system utilizes a fully imported, original French compressor unit and employs the environmentally friendly R404A refrigerant.
6. The control system employs a PLC, a 16-bit true-color touch screen, and dedicated software, allowing users to independently set or select relevant test parameters and procedures.
7. The display screen shows temperature, humidity, light intensity, and the status of condensation or spraying in real time, and can be configured to control these functions automatically.
8. Equipped with multiple safety protection features, including overheat, overvoltage, overload, and leakage protection.
