Description
Product Introduction
Manufactured in accordance with GB 5725 “Safety Nets,” this equipment is primarily used to test the impact resistance and puncture performance of safety nets. It is widely employed by specialized labor protective‑equipment supervision and inspection stations, construction research institutes, construction engineering quality‑testing centers, and safety‑net manufacturers.
Host Structure:
1. The main frame is constructed from six 14#×5 galvanized square tubes, treated with anti-corrosion measures and subjected to professional finite-element analysis of load-bearing capacity, ensuring the overall safety and stability of the test rig. Customized solutions can also be provided to meet specific customer requirements.
2. The online testing rig features a scientifically sound and rational design, with dimensions configured to accommodate three workstations, enabling direct testing of safety nets in standard widths such as 3 meters, 1.8 meters, and 1.5 meters.
3. Featuring a stacked, top‑and‑bottom configuration, the system requires only a 6.5 m × 3.5 m test space, making it the most compact solution for evaluating safety nets measuring 6 m in length and 3 m in width.
4. Two options are available: a flush‑ground installation and a pit‑type foundation; customers may choose based on their specific requirements.
Control System:
1. The overall control system employs a PLC–touchscreen architecture, with all relevant operations performed via the touchscreen.
2. The touch screen is from a well-known domestic brand, and the PLC is a Mitsubishi model with built-in high-capacity RAM; it features a TFT LCD display with a 4-wire precision resistive touchscreen, paired with a 400 MHz high-speed CPU for faster response and enhanced processing performance.
3. The steel ball and the through‑rod are engaged and released by an electrically driven suction‑and‑release system, operated via the touch screen.
4. The impact height of the safety net can be set via the touchscreen and displayed in real time. When the set height is reached, lifting or lowering automatically stops.
5. The impact‑height ranging system is configured, with ranging implemented using a six‑point constant‑torque inductive ranging mechanism.
6. The dedicated national‑standard pulley overcomes the drawbacks of other similar devices, such as the inability to lower the load when using a standalone release mechanism and the tendency of the wire rope to rotate.
Protection device:
1. The test stand is equipped with a vertical guard cage ladder to ensure operator safety.
2. Key components, such as impact elevators, shall be equipped with rain‑proof and other protective measures to extend the equipment’s service life.
3. The elevator is equipped with limit switches to ensure that, in the event of reaching the travel limits, the system automatically stops operating for protection.
4. The impact release mechanism is connected via a PUR helical spring cable, offering excellent resistance to UV degradation, superior high- and low-temperature performance, and outstanding wear resistance.
