Product Introduction
Manufactured in accordance with the safety helmet standards GB/T 2812-2024 and GB 2811-2019, this product is primarily used for testing the resistance of safety helmets to molten metal spatter. It is widely employed by specialized labor protective equipment supervision and inspection stations, construction research institutes, construction engineering quality testing centers, power utilities, and safety helmet manufacturers.
Product Features:
1. By using a medium-frequency induction heating system, materials such as iron and stainless steel can be melted.
2. Employing all-solid-state frequency conversion, automatic frequency tracking, resonant dual‑control soft switching, and series resonance technology, it delivers high heating efficiency, low energy consumption, and ensures safety and reliability.
3. The equipment is equipped with multiple protection features, including overcurrent, overvoltage, low-water level, and phase-loss protection, ensuring both equipment and operator safety.
4. Electrically controlled tilting and return-to‑zero positioning, ensuring safe and convenient operation.
5. The dumping mechanism is fully automatic, with adjustable dumping height and angle, enabling it to accommodate safety helmets of various sizes. It is safe and reliable.
6. Bidirectional ventilation function, enabling rapid cooling of the test chamber and safety helmet after testing.
7. The bottom of the test chamber features a conical tower structure and is equipped with a drip tray, facilitating the collection and drainage of metallic residues generated during testing.
8. Equipped with an explosion-proof observation window for easy monitoring of conditions inside the experimental chamber.
9. The control system employs water cooling to ensure the safety of the test equipment.
