Description
Product Introduction
Manufactured in accordance with the safety helmet standards GB/T 2812-2024 and GB 2811-2019, this equipment is primarily used to test the lateral rigidity of safety helmets and the strength of their chin straps. It is widely employed by specialized labor protective equipment supervision and inspection stations, architectural research institutes, construction engineering quality testing centers, power utilities, and safety helmet manufacturers.
Host structure
1. The machine features a single-column structure, with vertical linear motion that eliminates the issues of jamming and tilting commonly encountered in similar equipment when moving laterally.
2. Integrated design eliminates the need to change fixtures; it allows direct switching between the chin‑strap strength fixture and the lateral rigidity fixture.
3. The testing process is controlled via a touch screen, PLC, and a dedicated test program. The system features automated control; the motor is a servo motor paired with a controller, eliminating the need for manual speed adjustments. The program automatically adapts to test conditions and performs automatic evaluation and processing of test data and results. (Optional computer-based control is available.)
4. The test is conducted under automatic closed-loop control of the test procedure, with a 30-second constant-force hold automatically maintained. Manual adjustment based on force variations is not required.
5. Real-time display of force, time, displacement, deformation, velocity, test curves, and other parameters during the testing process.
6. The oversized chin strap features an extended travel of up to 500 mm, effectively addressing the issue of deformation and inaccuracy caused by the strap slipping off the adjustment buckle under load during downward movement.
