Product Introduction
When testing the tensile strength of the lower strap of a safety helmet, a specially designed headform fitted with the helmet is secured to a lifting platform. The platform then applies a tensile load to the lower strap until it either breaks or becomes slack. For lateral rigidity testing, the helmet is clamped between two disc-shaped test fixtures, and a vertical loading force is applied to the helmet’s side via the lifting platform. The helmet’s displacement during loading is monitored to determine whether it meets the required standards. This equipment is suitable for use in the rubber and plastics industries, inspection agencies, and research institutions.
