Description
Product Introduction
Developed in accordance with the new national standard GB/T 2812-2006, “Test Methods for Safety Helmets,” this equipment is used to evaluate the impact‑resistance and puncture‑resistance performance of safety helmets. Featuring a high degree of automation and user‑friendly operation, it is widely employed by safety helmet manufacturers, major quality‑inspection agencies, and construction‑project testing stations.
Meets the standard:
The test standards for impact absorption and puncture resistance specified in GB/T 2812-2006 “Safety Helmet Test Methods”; GB/T 2811-2007 “Safety Helmet”;
Technical Specifications:
1. Headform: Fully compliant with the requirements of Appendix A of GB/T 2812-2006, “Test Methods for Safety Helmets.”
2. Test rig: Capable of controlling the lifting, suspension, and release of impact hammers and penetration hammers.
3. Drop Hammer: The impact hammer has a mass of 5–5.01 kg, with a hemispherical hammerhead 96 mm in diameter, made of 45# steel.
4. Load cell: Measurement range 0–20 kN, minimum frequency response 5 kHz, dynamic force sensor, accuracy to 1 N.
5. Base: It features impact resistance and can securely mount the load cell.
6. Power‑on indicator: When the circuit is closed, it emits a signal to indicate that the puncture needle has contacted the headform.
7. Drop hammer height: 1000 mm.
8. One headform each for the aluminum-silicon alloy tests No. 1 and No. 2, in compliance with the requirements specified in Appendix A of GB/T 2812-2006.
9. Power supply: AC 220 V, 50 Hz;

WSC-300 Microcomputer-Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Testing Machine
The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
