Product Introduction
Design Patent: ZL 2024 3 449336.0
Utility Model: ZL201720587720.1
The fully automatic low-temperature flexibility tester is an upgraded, redesigned version of the electric digital-display low-temperature flexibility tester. Its refrigeration chamber is constructed from stainless steel, and advanced manufacturing ensures temperature control accuracy within ±1°C, with a minimum operating temperature of −45°C. The flexibility testing unit is also made of stainless steel, featuring simple operation and high efficiency. This low-temperature flexibility tester was specifically developed for assessing the low-temperature flexibility of waterproofing membranes and complies with GB/T 328.14. According to this standard, low-temperature flexibility tests must be conducted using automated mechanical equipment to eliminate human‑induced variability.

WSC-300 Microcomputer-Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Testing Machine
The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
