Developed and manufactured in accordance with standards such as GB/T 18173.1, GB/T 18173.2, and GB/T 18244. It is used by research institutions, testing laboratories, and manufacturing facilities to conduct thermal aging tests on plastic materials (including waterproofing materials, rubber, and plastics), electrical insulating materials, and other types of materials.

Temperature control is implemented via a color LCD touch-screen control system and a PID‑based automatic regulator, allowing the working temperature to be set anywhere between room temperature and 200°C/250°C, with automatic maintenance of a constant temperature. The cabinet’s structure, instrumentation, and materials have been meticulously designed following an in-depth analysis of internal airflow and thermal distribution, ensuring sensitive temperature regulation, uniform temperature distribution, and stable performance that meets national standards.
