Product Introduction:
The constant‑temperature and constant‑humidity chamber for evaluating the water vapor transmission properties of rigid cellular plastic building materials, equipped with various permeation cups, enables conditioning and testing under controlled environmental conditions for hygroscopic and non‑hygroscopic building materials, as well as rigid cellular plastics and their products—including those with natural skins or surface finishes.

4. The outer shell is made of electrostatically sprayed steel sheet, while the inner liner is stainless steel; the rounded corners facilitate easy cleaning and provide resistance to corrosion and aging.
5. It features a high-quality stainless steel inner liner with rounded corners, and the partition brackets can be freely installed and removed, making it easy to clean the working chamber.
6. Provision of test ports for convenient external sensor connection and monitoring.
7. Built-in water pump for automatic refilling. Equipped with an integrated humidification reservoir that uses a stainless steel heating element for heating.
8. The humidity sensor is an imported model, eliminating the hassle of frequent replacement of the wet‑bulb and dry‑bulb wicks.
9. Equipped with branded compressors and circulating fans, and featuring a unique air‑duct circulation design, this unit ensures uniform temperature and humidity throughout the chamber, while preventing sample volatilization and dry‑burning caused by excessive airflow during experiments.
10. Equipped with a self-diagnostic function.
