Description

Product Introduction:

A specialized temperature‑and‑humidity control device for construction materials such as various waterproofing membranes, geosynthetic products, pipes, and pipe fittings. Following refinement and enhancement, this newly developed temperature‑and‑humidity conditioning equipment serves as testing apparatus in laboratories across research institutions, the building‑materials sector, and the construction industry. It complies with standards including GB/T 328, SL 235, JTGE 50, and GB/T 23445.

Product Features:

1. In line with global environmental trends, featuring a completely fluorine-free design.

2. Equipped with a color LCD microcomputer control system, it allows pre-setting of 30 temperature–humidity control segments, supports repeated stepwise adjustments, and enables automatic operation of stepped temperature–humidity programs.

3. Equipped with a built-in tempered glass door for easy observation and operation.

4. Fuzzy PID controller with minimal temperature‑control accuracy fluctuations; the cycle can be set to 99 segments, each with a programmable duration of up to 9,999 minutes.

5. Features a mirror-finish stainless steel inner liner with rounded corners, and the partition brackets are freely removable for easy cleaning of the working chamber.

6. The left side of the enclosure is equipped with a 40 mm-diameter test port, and the exterior features a standard power outlet, allowing for flexible wiring to suit the installation environment.

7. Place the shaker inside the chamber to perform constant-temperature shaking incubation. The working chamber is equipped with an illumination lamp for convenient observation of the experimental process.

8. Premium ultrasonic humidifier with intelligent atomization and a large-capacity water tank, featuring automatic shut-off in case of water or power failure.

9. The humidity sensor is an imported model, eliminating the hassle of frequent replacement of the wet-bulb and dry-bulb wicks.

10. Equipped with a branded compressor and a circulating fan, and featuring a unique air‑duct circulation design, this unit ensures uniform temperature and humidity throughout the chamber, while preventing sample volatilization and dry‑burning caused by excessive airflow during experiments.
