Product Introduction

The plate vulcanizer is suitable for compression molding of polymeric materials such as rubber, plastics, and resins. The raw material is placed in a mold, clamped between the machine’s electrically heated platens, and subjected to pressure and temperature to achieve molding for testing purposes, serving as a reference for formulation in large-scale industrial production.

According to the specifications, this machine is equipped with a PLC‑controlled color touchscreen; its human–machine interface allows users to set pressure, temperature, time, and the number of venting cycles. The vulcanization process is displayed and monitored in real time, and all programmed molding cycles are executed automatically.
