Product Introduction:

Brick calipers are used in brick and tile manufacturing enterprises and by quality inspection departments to measure the external dimensions, bending, and protrusions of impurities on wall‑building bricks, including sintered common bricks, sintered porous bricks, hollow bricks and hollow blocks, sintered clay bricks, non‑fired bricks, fly ash bricks, slag bricks, and carbonized bricks.

Reading method:

When taking a reading, first align the vernier zero mark with the main scale and read the whole millimeter value—the integer part in millimeters. Then, identify which vernier scale line coincides with a main‑scale line; if the 6th vernier line aligns with a main‑scale line, the decimal portion is 0.6 mm (if no line lines up exactly, use the closest aligned line for the reading). If a zero error is present, subtract that zero error from the above result (a negative zero error is equivalent to adding an equal positive zero error). The final reading is: L = integer part + decimal part − zero error.
