Product Introduction

The rock triaxial testing machine complies with the test method standards SL 264-2001 “Test Procedures for Rocks in Hydraulic and Hydroelectric Engineering,” GB/T 50266-2013 “Standard Test Methods for Engineering Rock Masses,” and GB/T 23561.9-2009 “Methods for Determining the Physical and Mechanical Properties of Coal and Rock.” Developed in accordance with national standards and related specifications, it is designed to prioritize practicality, ease of operation, and data accuracy within the industry.

Key features:

The rock triaxial testing apparatus (rock triaxial creep tester) consists primarily of a high-rigidity mainframe, a triaxial pressure chamber, a servo hydraulic power unit, a servo valve, an air compressor unit, a measurement and control system, and a computer system.

1. High-Rigidity Main Frame: The main frame adopts a gantry‑type, high‑rigidity structure. The working hydraulic cylinder is mounted at the center of the lower crossbeam of the frame, with guide rails on both sides to facilitate the installation and removal of the three‑axis pressure chamber.

2. The pressure self‑balancing triaxial pressure cell employs pressure self‑balancing technology. It is fabricated from high‑strength alloy structural steel, and its pressure plates and pressure‑transmitting piston rods are made of bearing steel, subjected to heat treatment and precision machining.

3. Servo Hydraulic Power Unit: The servo hydraulic power unit comprises a servo oil circuit system—consisting of a high-pressure plunger pump assembly, relief valve, precision oil filter, temperature sensor, cooler, and other components—and a confining pressure boosting system, among other subsystems.

4. The measurement and control system of the microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo rock triaxial testing apparatus comprises an axial force sensor, a confining pressure sensor, an axial strain sensor, a radial strain sensor, displacement sensors, a fully digital controller, and a servo valve, among other components.
