Product Introduction:
The RP-920C glass-bead two‑stage splitter is designed in accordance with the provisions of the national standard GB 474, “Methods for Preparing Coal Samples,” and serves as a tool for sample reduction. It consists of a sealed housing, grooved compartments, a sampling device, a dustpan, and other components. The inclined surfaces of the grooves and other parts have a slope of no less than 60 degrees. Its key features include a well‑thought‑out design, ease of use, multi‑point splitting capability, and strong representativeness, which can significantly enhance both the efficiency and quality of sample preparation. It is suitable for reducing and sampling coal, mineral samples, or other heterogeneous granular materials.
The splitter is available in two types: fully sealed and standard, both constructed from stainless steel. Each set of splitters comprises three different specifications, each tailored for sample reduction at distinct particle sizes.
Technical Specifications:
Large size: sample particle size ≤ 13 mm, number of slots 16, slot width 32.5 mm.
Medium size: sample particle size ≤ 6 mm, number of slots 18, slot width 15 mm.
Small size: sample particle size ≤ 3 mm, number of slots 24, slot width 7.5 mm. It is also equipped with a receiving hopper, dustpan, and other accessories.
