Product Introduction

The core longitudinal slicing machine is divided into six components: the sample longitudinal slicing system, the sample worktable system, and the sample holder.

It comprises the power system, cooling system, chassis frame system, and automatic control system. All systems are centrally coordinated at the control center.

Product Features:

1.1 Operating Principle: This method employs a moving saw blade and a stationary sample.

1.2 Automated Control: During the slitting process, it ensures no blade jamming or binding and automatically adjusts the feed rate when encountering resistance to maintain a constant blade rotational speed; the machine shuts down automatically upon completion of slitting.

1.3 Worktable: Single-blade cutting; longitudinal cuts can be made at positions such as 1/2 and 1/3, with a fixed stop plate. A clamping device is provided at the end of the worktable, and after completing the longitudinal cut, the blade must be retracted from the sample.

1.4 Fixture: Manual fixture; stable and reliable, with quick operation, accommodating samples of varying lengths from 0 to 1000 mm.

1.5 Cooling: 1. Tap water circulation cooling (equipped with a stainless steel circulating water tank and a circulation pump rated at 85 W, with a head of 3.5 m; the tank includes a sedimentation chamber for residue); 2. Liquid nitrogen cooling (suitable for fragile samples or those that cannot be cut with water); 3. The machine also supports dry cutting (fitted with an automatic dust extraction system, ensuring environmental friendliness and zero pollution).

1.6 Enclosure: The entire cabinet shell is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and features a front door with a large viewing window. The door opens smoothly and effortlessly, allowing clear observation of the cutting process.

1.7 Equipment noise: less than 70 decibels, in compliance with the “Hygienic Standard for Industrial Enterprise Noise.”
