Description
Product Introduction:
The raised pavement marker abrasion‑resistance testing machine is used to evaluate the wear resistance of raised pavement markers installed on roadways, employing the sand‑drop method to assess the surface durability of test specimens. This instrument is primarily designed for Class A1 and A2 raised pavement markers; Class A3 markers and other types of raised pavement markers may be tested by reference. It serves as a testing device for research institutes, quality‑inspection agencies, and manufacturers of raised pavement markers.
According to the standard
GB/T 24725 “Raised Road Markers” – Appendix B: Test Method for Abrasion Resistance of Raised Road Markers
Working conditions
1. Ambient temperature: within the range of 10°C to 40°C;
2. Ambient relative humidity between 30% and 80%;
3. In an environment free from vibration and corrosive media;
4. Install and secure the device correctly on a stable surface.
5. During operation, there should be no strong magnetic field interference or strong convective air currents in the surrounding environment.

YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
