Product Introduction

The SCQ-1200P core liquid‑nitrogen slicing machine is one of our factory’s flagship products. The system comprises six major components: the core‑slicing unit, the core‑working‑table assembly, the core‑clamping mechanism, the liquid‑nitrogen cooling system, the machine‑frame structure, and the automated control system. All subsystems operate in coordinated fashion under the centralized control of the control center, ensuring reliable performance. Critical operating parameters—such as slicing speed, feed rate, and slice length—are monitored and displayed in real time, with data transmitted to the control center and enabling live visualization of the operational status. Comprehensive and dependable safety features are incorporated, including blade‑jamming alarms, fault‑detection alerts, dual limit switches, leakage protection, and an emergency‑stop button. The equipment boasts a well‑designed overall architecture, low noise levels, ease of operation and maintenance, stable performance, and cutting‑edge technology, fully complying with relevant international and domestic safety, energy‑efficiency, and environmental standards.
