The LBDW-8826N eddy‑current coating thickness gauge employs microcontroller technology, offering high accuracy, digital display, stable readings, low power consumption, and simple, convenient operation. It features no calibration knobs, enables full‑range measurement with a single probe, and boasts a compact size and lightweight design. Additionally, it provides data storage, readout functionality, and low‑voltage indication, with performance that meets the advanced standards of contemporary international instruments in its class.
Scope of application:
The LBDW-8826N eddy current coating thickness gauge is a compact instrument that employs the eddy current measurement principle. It enables convenient, non‑destructive measurement of coatings such as paint, plastic, and rubber on non‑ferrous metal substrates, as well as the thickness of anodic oxide films on aluminum substrates. This instrument is widely used in industries including machinery, automotive, shipbuilding, petroleum, chemical processing, electroplating, powder coating, enamel coating, and plastics.
Main features:
(1). Measurement: Single-probe full-range thickness measurement
(2). Storage and Deletion: The device can store up to 600 measurement data points. Individual suspect data points can be forcibly deleted during measurement, and all data in the storage area can also be erased.
(3). Read: Display the stored measurement data.
(4). Statistics: Three statistical measures are provided: the mean, the maximum value, and the minimum value.
(5). Calibration: Supports zero-point calibration, two-point calibration, and system calibration.
(6). Battery Level: Features undervoltage display.
(7). Printing: Measurement values can be printed; a miniature printer is available as an optional accessory.
(8). Shutdown: Offers both automatic and manual shutdown options.
