Description
Product Introduction
This machine is designed for precision grinding and polishing of samples made from materials such as crystals, ceramics, quartz glass, rock specimens, mineral samples, and metallographic specimens. It features a compact footprint, user-friendly operation, and smooth, stable performance.
Suitable for use in colleges, universities, and research institutes. In accordance with the Highway Bridge Design Specifications JTG D60 and JGJ/T384, our company recommends the LBL‑8A rock servo vacuum‑adsorption automatic thin-section grinder. This machine features programmable control; its grinding feed mechanism is driven by a Delta PLC, a flat‑panel touch computer, and a servo motor, offering convenient operation and reliable construction. The water tray and sample holder are made of stainless steel, making it an ideal device for preparing thin sections in the laboratory. It is operated via a high‑definition touch‑screen LCD panel, with full‑process monitoring of the grinding procedure. Its design parameters are simple, intuitive, and easy to configure. With advanced technology and dependable performance, it delivers high efficiency and virtually zero breakage, achieving precision as fine as 0.025–0.03 mm. It comprehensively enhances or replaces CNC‑based programming. The stage employs vacuum‑adsorption clamping to secure the slides; simply place the sample on the suction cup and activate the vacuum to lock it in place. This straightforward operation significantly addresses the instability, complexity, and short service life associated with traditional fixture‑based mounting. Moreover, this suction cup can simultaneously hold three or more thin sections. The rock‑section grinder is equipped with a diamond grinding wheel on its grinding head. Specimens are mounted on the worktable; during operation, the table rotates while the grinding head advances automatically to perform the grinding. Once grinding is complete, petrographic analysis can be conducted directly under the microscope.
