Product Introduction

This machine employs a dual‑column, dual‑guide‑post support structure, ensuring that the extracted core samples are more complete and precise. The drilling speed is controlled by a variable‑frequency drive, overcoming the limitations of the previous DC180 motor—namely its slow speed, only three adjustable gear settings, and the need to replace carbon brushes at regular intervals. The unit is easy to operate: simply hold down the up or down buttons to initiate automatic vertical movement. It can also be programmed via a PLC for automated operation, making it a programmable model (optional). During core extraction, pressing the main unit’s button and selecting the desired speed enables fully automatic core retrieval. Furthermore, this machine supports multiple cooling methods: water cooling, liquid nitrogen cooling, and, when dry cutting, an integrated dust‑extraction system (optional).
