Product Introduction

The SHM-200 double‑sided surface grinding and polishing machine is essential equipment for producing standard test specimens of various non‑metallic solids, such as rocks, ores, and concrete. When used in conjunction with our factory’s core extractors and stone cutters, it can fabricate high‑precision cubic or cylindrical test samples to your specifications. It is widely employed in colleges and universities, as well as in the water conservancy and hydropower, geological and mineral resources, transportation, and construction sectors. The machine comprises a base, a worktable, a grinding power head, a variable‑speed transmission system, and an electrical control unit. It features convenient operation, automatic feed, and stable performance.

Working principle

Before leaving the factory, the specimen holder and the two grinding wheels on the workbench have been meticulously adjusted to ensure optimal perpendicularity and parallelism. Each grinding operation produces two parallel surfaces. For cubic reference specimens with six faces, only three passes through this equipment are required.
