Product Introduction:

This instrument is used to measure the thickness of gypsum board and can also be employed for measuring the thickness of other materials; however, depending on the material being measured and its specific dimensional requirements, the upper and lower measuring probes must be exchanged (this instrument does not include any accessories). For example, it can measure the depth of helical grooves on drill bits using the pointed probe, or determine the thickness of wood boards, plywood, composite panels, and similar sheet materials using the spherical probe.

This equipment is designed for HDPE, PVC corrugated pipes, plastic drainage pipes and various plastic tubular products. Apart from ring stiffness, ring flexibility and flattening tests, it supports continuous long-term creep tests up to 1000 hours (42 days) as required by industry specifications, widely used for pipe factories and construction quality inspection institutes.
