Product Introduction:
A laminar flow hood is a localized purification device that employs air‑cleaning technology to maintain a relatively dust‑free, sterile environment within a designated work area. It must be installed in a cleanroom. Its capacity for handling inoculations is not limited by the sterility of the surrounding space, and it is easy to operate, significantly enhancing work efficiency and making it suitable for large‑scale production. To ensure a high success rate in inoculation, using an alcohol lamp during the procedure yields even better results. This equipment is widely used in industries such as chemical experimentation, electronics, and precision instrumentation to provide air purification in work areas.
Its operating principle is as follows:
Air is drawn into a pre‑filter by a fan, passes through a static pressure box, and is then filtered by a high‑efficiency filter. The filtered air is discharged as either vertical or horizontal airflow, achieving Class 100 cleanliness in the work area and ensuring that production meets stringent environmental cleanliness requirements. Clean benches are classified according to airflow direction into vertical‑flow clean benches and horizontal‑flow clean benches; based on operator access, they come in single‑sided and double‑sided configurations; and depending on their application, they are further divided into standard clean benches and biological safety clean benches.
