To address this, a high-precision applicator can produce films of different thicknesses while minimizing human error, ensuring that tests are conducted under consistent conditions. The frame-type applicator has been designed and manufactured based on internationally established techniques, adapted to domestic practical needs. Its key features include high mold‑making accuracy, compact size, multi‑purpose functionality, and, notably, no paint overflow during the coating process, making it suitable for preparing thin films on steel, plastic, and wood substrates.
