Product Introduction

The intelligent linear drying‑time recorder enables comprehensive analysis of samples with diverse drying‑time characteristics. A scribing rod equipped with hemispherical contacts is mounted on a sliding carriage. Driven by the carriage, the scribing rod makes contact with the freshly applied coating and moves longitudinally across the specimen, starting from one end. The instrument’s “trajectory‑query” function allows users to view the individual drying stages corresponding to each recorded path. It features three independent channels, each capable of setting arbitrary run times, with two working tracks per channel.

Key features:

Extra-large IPS capacitive touchscreen (5 inches, 800×480 resolution), with three channels displaying operating parameters simultaneously; parameter settings are simple and convenient.

The operating time can be set over an extremely wide range—any duration from 1 minute to 90 hours—thus meeting the requirements of products with diverse drying characteristics.

An inductive proximity switch is used to detect the origin position, providing high positional accuracy and precise alignment of cumulative position with operating time.

It employs a stepper motor–driven control system, delivering high positioning accuracy.

During instrument operation, the color displayed for each channel indicates whether that channel is active.
