Product Introduction

The adhesion tester, also known as the cross‑hatch cutter, is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 2409:1992. It complies with GB/T 9286‑98 and BS 3900 E6/ASTM D3359 standards and is primarily used to determine the adhesion of organic coatings using the grid‑cut method. This instrument is suitable not only for laboratory use but also for on‑site applications under various conditions. (This type of blade and its manufacturing process are intended exclusively for testing the adhesion of coatings applied to non‑metallic and soft metallic substrates; care must be taken to apply uniform pressure so that each cut penetrates the entire coating thickness.)
