Product Introduction

An automatic film applicator is used to prepare uniform, traceable coatings (manual coating often lacks consistency, particularly when different operators are involved, making sample comparisons difficult and even unreliable), offering excellent reproducibility. This is because the key factors influencing coating formation are shear rate and the load applied to the applicator. The instrument employs a precisely controlled rod or applicator that reciprocates at a set speed. By maintaining constant shear rate and consistent load throughout the coating process, it significantly enhances coating reproducibility.

9. Aluminum‑oxidized vacuum suction platform with high hardness and excellent flatness (overall platform deviation less than 5 µm)

11. The vacuum pump is externally mounted, eliminating the vibration that occurs during coating in conventional machines with an internally mounted vacuum pump.
