Product Introduction

The JZ series handheld high-speed homogenizer generates a powerful hydrodynamic shear effect through high‑speed shearing and dispersion, drawing materials in from the lower end of the rotor and ejecting them through the stator. Its ergonomic design ensures comfortable, hands‑on operation and easy portability. Developed for tissue disruption, medical diagnostics, quality control testing, micro‑dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization, this homogenizer is an ideal instrument for the pre‑treatment of trace samples.

1. Stepless speed regulation: Both the LBT-JZ-10 and LBT-JZ-12 employ a seven‑step equal‑division speed control mode.

2. 316 stainless steel cutter head, easy to disassemble for convenient cleaning, with a variety of working heads available.

3. LBT-JZ-10/12 metal suspension clamp, which can be temporarily mounted on the laboratory bench.

4. Can be operated handheld; optional stand available; automatic operation.
