Description

Product Introduction:

This instrument is suitable for determining and evaluating the interlayer adhesion strength between asphalt layers, cement concrete layers, bridge decks, and other dissimilar materials, including surface treatments, seal coats, tack coats, prime coats, and waterproofing layers. It can also be used to measure the adhesion strength of structure–bonding layer–structure assemblies.

Structure and Characteristics

1. The testing machine consists of a loading system, a data acquisition system, a pull‑out fixture, and associated accessories. It can generate a uniformly increasing vertical pull‑out force, with a pull‑out speed that can be set anywhere between 1 mm/min and 100 mm/min. (The factory default setting is 10 mm/min.)

2. The instrument is flexible and lightweight, with a total weight of approximately 40 kg, making it convenient for on-site testing. For indoor testing, a circular test plate is used to secure the specimen.

3. Convenient power supply: For outdoor testing, the instrument only requires a 12 V DC power source to operate; it can be directly connected to a vehicle’s power system on site, eliminating the need for additional power equipment. For indoor use, a standard 220 V AC power supply is sufficient.

4. High accuracy: The instrument’s measurement accuracy is within 0.01 kN.

5. Digital display of pull-out force, peak value retention, and printing of test results.
