JGX-3 Aggregate Soundness Tester

The aggregate soundness testing apparatus is used to determine the ability of crushed stone or gravel to withstand repeated cycles of immersion in a saturated sodium sulfate solution followed by drying, without undergoing significant damage or a reduction in strength due to the expansive pressure generated by sodium sulfate crystallization.
