Description
Product Introduction:
The initial adhesion tester is widely used in industries producing adhesive tapes, protective films, pressure-sensitive adhesives, labels, foam materials, and other adhesive products. The test procedure involves adhering the adhesive side of a tape sample to a test panel inclined at 30° (or another specified angle), then sequentially releasing steel balls of increasing size onto the sample and allowing them to roll freely. The ball number corresponding to a ball that remains adhered to the sample for at least 5 seconds is recorded as the tape’s initial adhesion value.
Key features:
1. The test principle employs the inclined-plane rolling-ball method to evaluate the instantaneous adhesion performance of the test specimen.
2. The test steel balls are designed in full compliance with national standards, ensuring highly accurate test data.
3. The tilt angle can be freely adjusted to meet user requirements.
Technical Specifications:
Tilt angle: 20°–40° (Normal: 30°);
Rolling ball: 1/32″–1, choose one type;
Running aid track: 100 mm;
Machine dimensions: 300 × 200 × 280 mm.
