Fixture, Auxiliary Tool, Jig This fixture is used to determine the peel adhesion strength between vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber and rigid板材. The test specimen is prepared by bonding a strip of rubber to a rigid plate, then peeled at a 90° angle. The force required to separate the rubber from the rigid plate is measured; the peel force per unit width represents the 90° peel adhesion strength between the rubber and the rigid plate. This method complies with the requirements of GB/T 7760, “Determination of Adhesion Strength Between Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber and Rigid Plates—90° Peel Method.”

Description

Product Introduction:

This fixture is used to determine the peel adhesion strength between vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber and rigid板材. The test specimen is prepared by bonding a strip of rubber to a rigid plate, then peeled at a 90° angle. The force required to separate the rubber from the rigid plate is measured; the peel force per unit width represents the 90° peel adhesion strength between the rubber and the rigid plate, in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 7760, “Determination of Adhesion Strength Between Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber and Rigid Plates—90° Peel Method.”
