Product Introduction:

This fixture, in conjunction with a testing machine, is used for flexural testing of specimens made from various materials. It complies with the requirements of standards such as GB/T 9341 “Determination of Flexural Properties of Plastics” and ISO 178:2003.

Fixture Specifications

The fixture’s support/pressing points have a width and height of 50 mm each, with available specifications of R0.5, R1, R1.5, R2, R2.5, R3, R3.5, R4, and R4.5; the hardness of the support/pressing points is 58–60 HRC. The test span is adjustable to 250 mm, and the device is equipped with sample‑positioning plates at both the front and rear. The overall length of the fixture body is 320 mm.

Refer to GB/T 9341, ISO 178:2003, and ASTM D790.

Optional connector (customizable)

A‑axis coupling, outer diameter 20 mm, length 30 mm (with lock nut); pin hole diameter 10 mm; distance from the pin hole to the shaft end face 14.5 mm.

B‑hole connector: inner bore 20 mm, depth 30 mm; pin hole diameter 10 mm, with the center of the pin hole located 14.5 mm from the end face of the connector.

Note When no adapter is available, the fixture itself is equipped with an M12 internal thread.
