This fixture, in conjunction with a testing machine, is used for determining the softness of paper. It complies with the requirements of standards such as GB/T 8942, “Determination of Paper Softness.”

Fixture Specifications	The upper clamp has a length of 200 mm and a height of 10 mm, with a pressing point radius R1; the lower clamp features groove widths of mm/6.35 mm/10 mm/20 mm and a length of 240 mm. Four specifications are available, and it can be equipped with a clamp base, in accordance with GB/T 8942-2016.
Optional connector (customizable)	A‑axis coupling, outer diameter 20 mm, length 30 mm (with lock nut); pin hole diameter 10 mm; distance from the pin hole to the shaft end face 14.5 mm. B‑hole connector: inner bore 20 mm, depth 30 mm; pin hole diameter 10 mm, with the center of the pin hole located 14.5 mm from the end face of the connector.
Remarks	When no adapter is available, the fixture itself is equipped with an M12 internal thread.
