Description
Product Introduction:
The anti-glare panel comprehensive mechanical performance testing machine is developed and manufactured in accordance with the experimental requirements specified in GB/T 24718, “Anti-Glare Panels,” of the People’s Republic of China. It is primarily used to evaluate the wind‑load resistance and deformation‑resistance characteristics of anti-glare panels.
Features of the anti-glare panel testing machine:
(1) Mechanical Structure: The main frame of the anti-glare panel comprehensive performance testing machine adopts a gantry‑type structure, consisting of a base, four vertical columns, and two high‑precision ball screws. The transmission and loading system employs a servo motor coupled with a synchronous toothed belt reduction mechanism to drive the high‑precision ball screws, which in turn move the crossbeam to apply the load.
(2) Control and Measurement System: The anti-glare panel comprehensive performance testing machine is controlled and measured using the Test4.0 all-digital closed-loop control system. A computer is employed to dynamically display the test process and test curves, as well as to perform data processing. Upon completion of the test, the curve can be magnified via the graphical processing module for further data analysis and editing.

YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
