Product Introduction:

This steel pipe bending testing machine comprises seven major components: a frame, a worktable, a rotating work arm, a steel pipe bending die, a harmonic gear reducer, a radial clamping device for steel pipes, and an electrical control system. The machine features a compact design, a touch-screen display, simple operation, high load capacity, smooth operation, low noise, real-time display of the bending angle, an intuitive interface, reliable safety, and convenient maintenance.

The operating principle of this testing machine is as follows: one end of the steel pipe is fixed, while the other end rotates clockwise around a dedicated bending die. Utilizing digital integrated circuits, the bending angle is derived from the high-speed shaft of the motor via photoelectric pulse shaping and frequency division, followed by angular counting and continuous cumulative display. When the worktable reaches the preset angle, the control circuit cuts power to the braking motor, halting rotation.
