Description
Product Introduction:
The flexural testing machine for partition panels (hereinafter referred to as the “testing machine”) is used to determine the flexural strength of roof panels, floor slabs, exterior wall panels, partition panels, and other similar components.
Test equipment for structural performance. This equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements for test apparatus specified in GB/T 30100, “Test Methods for Building Wall Panels,” and GB/T 15762, “Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Panels.”

Specific steps:
The test may be conducted using either a uniformly distributed flexural load or the four-point concentrated‑force loading method. Record the slab dimensions, create a new test job in the system, and input parameters such as slab length, width, and thickness. Adjust the positions of the upper and lower grips according to the specimen’s length. For roof slabs and floor slabs, ensure that the loaded face corresponds to actual service conditions; for exterior wall panels and partition panels, randomly orient the loaded face and reset the load to zero. Once the slab is properly positioned, use magnetic dial indicators to mount electronic dial gauges beneath the midpoints of the slab’s length and width, as well as at both end supports and above the midpoint of the slab’s width, ensuring tight contact with the specimen and resetting the readings to zero. Start the testing machine and apply the load at a rate of approximately 3–5 mm/min. When the first crack appears, pause the loading, record the measured values of the applied concentrated force at initial cracking, the mid‑span deflection, and the displacements at both end supports, then remove the dial gauges. If the specimen is a partition panel, the test is concluded; if it is a roof slab, floor slab, or exterior wall panel, continue loading until one of the failure criteria listed below is reached, stop the load application, record the measured value of the ultimate concentrated load, and terminate the test.
