Description
Product Overview:
The reaction frame is a device used for static load testing of precast concrete beams and slabs. It consists of auxiliary beams, reaction beams, distribution beams, and other components, with a net weight of 1,850 kg and a maximum load capacity of 5,000 kN. It complies with the Ministry of Railways’ TB/T 3043‑2005 standard and the GJJ‑621‑2005 verification procedure. The frame applies loads via a hydraulic system and is suitable for high‑pressure specimen molding, jack force calibration, and calibration of bridge prestressing tensioning equipment. Product models cover capacities from 100 to 1,000 tons. Its structure features a four‑column self‑balancing design, with a test space height of 850 mm, and is equipped with an electro‑hydraulic servo actuator and an intelligent data acquisition system. The force measurement system has a maximum test force of 5,000 kN, a display accuracy of ±0.03% FS, and allows for an overload of up to 150% FS. The operating temperature range is −30°C to +70°C. The frame supports axial compression tests, compression‑shear tests, and parallel‑four‑bar linkage loading tests, and can be used for mechanical testing of structural members such as beams, columns, and frames, as well as for compression‑shear testing of rubber bearings.
The assembly comprises a hydraulic jack, a force sensor, and an adjustable top plate, supporting customized internal dimensions and load capacities. It is suitable for frame‑type verification and calibration of prestressing jacks and hydraulic jacks, as well as for compressive strength testing of other high‑strength specimens.
Precautions:
1. When using engineering‑plastic test molds, carefully read the technical manual to familiarize yourself with the technical specifications, operating performance, usage procedures, and safety precautions, and strictly follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the instrument’s user manual.
2. Personnel using engineering‑plastic mold trials for the first time must operate under the guidance of experienced personnel and may only perform independent operations once they have attained proficiency.
3. The engineering‑plastic test molds used during experiments shall be arranged logically and neatly, facilitating operation, observation, and data recording.
