Product Introduction:

The micro‑electromechanical‑hydraulic servo manhole cover pressure testing machine employs a hydraulic power source, electro‑hydraulic servo control technology, and computer‑based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed‑loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the oil supply unit (hydraulic power source), the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. Its maximum test force is 1000 kN, and its accuracy class exceeds Grade 1.

It is used for testing the load-bearing capacity (including residual deformation and test loads) of manhole covers made from various materials, supporting closed-loop control such as constant-rate loading and constant-rate deformation, and enabling automatic calculation of specimen performance parameters.

Testing machine host:

The testing machine features a four‑column frame structure with the main hydraulic cylinder mounted below. Its main assembly comprises components such as the base, feed carriage, hydraulic cylinder, piston, hydraulic pressure sensor, precision lead screw, and upper crossbeam.

The testing machine employs highly sealed single-acting/double-acting hydraulic cylinders, offering high efficiency and exceptional durability.

The testing machine has been carefully designed with aesthetics, convenience, and safety in mind; for example, its main structural components are fabricated from high-strength steel plates, ensuring robust rigidity and excellent stability.

The load‑measuring element is a high‑precision hydraulic digital sensor that responds to unidirectional loading. It serves as the key component for measuring and testing the applied force in this instrument. The electrical signal generated under load is acquired and processed by the computer‑based measurement and control software. This sensor boasts high accuracy, excellent repeatability, and outstanding long‑term stability.

 When using a testing machine to measure residual deformation of manhole covers with a sensor, the dial indicator can be securely mounted at an appropriate central position via a magnetic base through the central opening in the upper beam, offering convenience and flexibility while ensuring accurate and reliable measurements. This sensor features high precision and resolution, strong resistance to vibration and electromagnetic interference, and excellent repeatability.

Test oil source cabinet:

 The integrated oil‑source cabinet combines a hydraulic pump station, oil‑source control, host‑machine control, a measurement and control system, and a computer into a single unit. It features a built-in radial piston pump that delivers stable output with low noise. With its high level of integration, the cabinet occupies minimal floor space and offers convenient operation and monitoring.

The entire oil‑source system employs servo closed-loop control, equipped with digital servo valves, torque‑ and speed‑stable motors, and high‑precision valve‑plate assemblies, delivering rapid response and high sensitivity. The system monitors load, deformation, and other parameters in real time, offering tracking, follow‑up, and adjustability, thereby enabling fully automatic, precise control.

Telemetry and Control System:

The measurement and control system comprises a digital servo valve, high-precision hydraulic digital sensors, a controller, and dedicated software, delivering high control accuracy and excellent reliability. It utilizes a high-speed Ethernet communication interface to connect with the computer, offering multiple control modes such as load and stress control, along with on-screen display of test force, peak values, deformation, and various test curves, and enabling seamless switching between different control strategies.

Test data are managed using a standard database and can be accessed at will, enabling reanalysis of test data and curves, local magnification, and data re-editing. The system can automatically calculate various mechanical property parameters of the material, generate complete test reports and curves (printer not included), and provide a networked data interface.

The measurement and control system features multiple limit‑protection functions, including force overload protection, force‑channel over‑speed protection, and range‑limit protection.

The measurement and control system allows users to customize test programs according to experimental requirements, such as cyclic loading and load‑holding tests.
