It is used to evaluate the air tightness, water tightness, wind‑pressure resistance, and in‑plane deformation performance of architectural glass curtain walls, stone curtain walls, metal curtain walls, composite curtain walls, and point‑supported curtain walls, quantifying test parameters and supporting intelligent, end‑to‑end testing—right through to the generation of printed test reports.
Product Features:
1. The solenoid valve with positive/negative pressure switching enables quick and easy damper actuation, facilitating maintenance.
2. The enclosure is semi‑enclosed for easy observation, with excellent sealing performance; its base is equipped with large‑diameter, heavy‑duty V‑type casters for effortless mobility.
3. Uses its own recirculating water tank, eliminating the need for an inlet pipe, which ensures more stable water flow while significantly reducing overall water consumption.
4. The adjustable sealing panel of the static pressure box is equipped with electric actuation controlled via a manual control box, facilitating specimen installation and effectively reducing labor time.
5. The water flow meter employs a turbine-type electromagnetic flowmeter, enabling real-time acquisition of water flow data and automatic regulation of flow rate.
6. The system’s static pressure and fluctuating pressure are automatically controlled and regulated by a computer, with real-time data acquisition and storage; data is retained even after a power outage.
7. An advanced data processing system that automatically analyzes test results and generates timely, accurate test reports.
