Description

Product Introduction:

A heat flux sensor and a temperature sensor are placed on the inner wall surface, while a temperature sensor is positioned on the outer wall surface. Relevant data are collected over the specified test duration. By processing and analyzing these data, the thermal transmittance of the wall and roof under test is determined. This instrument features wireless on-site connectivity for data acquisition and reception, as well as wireless remote transmission. With its simple structure, convenient installation, easy maintenance, and capability for remote monitoring and diagnostics, it is an ideal testing device for product quality inspection agencies at all levels.

Technical Specifications:

1. Temperature measurement (3 test points) + 1 thermal box temperature PV;

Channel: 7 channels; Measurement range: −40°C to 300°C; Resolution: 0.01°C; Accuracy: ≤0.2°C. Used for measuring the inner and outer surface temperatures of building envelopes, the air temperatures inside and outside a thermal box, or other temperature measurements.

2. Heat Flux Measurement (3 measurement channels)

Channels: 3; Measurement range: 0–200 mV; Resolution: 0.001 mV; Measurement accuracy: ≤0.02 mV; The sensor is a plate-type heat flux meter, used for measuring heat flux density.
