Product Introduction:
Research institutes, universities, and other industry sectors measure the calorific value of combustible materials such as coal, coke, and petroleum.
1. The outer-cylinder water temperature is automatically controlled at the setpoint, ensuring that variations in the actual temperature do not affect cooling correction and thereby improving the accuracy of measurement results.
2. Automatically adjusts the temperatures of the inner and outer cylinders, employing an automatic constant-temperature system to ensure accurate and stable measurement results.
3. The microcomputer calorimeter retains all the functions of a standard microcomputer system, allowing it to run general-purpose software for other tasks. At the same time, when the calorimetric measurement system is activated, it can automatically calibrate the calorimeter’s energy equivalent (heat capacity) and measure the heat of combustion. By entering data such as sulfur content, moisture, and hydrogen, it can calculate and print results including bomb calorific value, higher heating value, and lower heating value.
4. The inner vessel of the calorimeter is equipped with an electric paddle stirrer, while the outer vessel employs a submersible electric stirrer, ensuring more uniform and convenient mixing. The instrument utilizes a fuse‑type cotton‑thread ignition system.
5. The microcomputer calorimeter is easy to operate, featuring a built-in computer and touchscreen control for intuitive human–machine interaction. It’s simple to learn and use—just follow the on-screen prompts to complete your experiment.
