Product Introduction
This method is applicable for determining the main components of non‑homogeneous products and the non‑combustibility of homogeneous products using a heating furnace system under specified conditions. The product is intended for assessing the non‑combustibility of building materials, decorative and finishing materials, and related products used in industrial and civil construction; it may also be referenced for evaluating the non‑combustibility of materials and products employed in other settings.
Product Features:
1. The specimen holder can be automatically raised and lowered, facilitating convenient adjustment of its position within the furnace. (Optional feature for customers.)
2. Equipped with a reflective mirror, it allows observation of the combustion process inside the furnace, thereby avoiding direct exposure to the high‑temperature test furnace and mitigating potential thermal hazards to personnel.
3. Equipped with a positioning rod, it allows for the determination of the positions of the thermocouple and the specimen holder within the furnace.
4. It employs computer control, ensuring rapid heating; typically, the set temperature is reached within 40 minutes.
5. Historical trend curves can be queried, and temperature equilibrium is automatically determined.
6. The testing process is safe and reliable, with convenient operation;
7. The specialized software displays in real time the furnace‑internal temperature, the sample‑center temperature, and the sample‑surface temperature profiles, enabling automatic control, data acquisition and processing, as well as data storage and output of test results.
8. It features an integrated operating system, eliminating the need for a separate workbench, thereby effectively saving floor space and making inspections more convenient.
