Product Introduction:
The flat‑plate thermal conductivity meter (hot‑plate method) is a novel testing device that employs the double‑plate method. Its measurement principle is based on establishing a one‑dimensional steady heat‑flow field within an infinitely large plate bounded by two parallel, uniformly heated plates. By measuring the heat power in the central calibration region, it determines the thermal conductivity of various homogeneous plate‑shaped insulation materials as well as other new materials with poor thermal conductivity.
Product Features:
1. The entire testing process is computer-controlled, and test reports are generated automatically; this is currently one of the most advanced thermal conductivity measurement instruments for insulation materials in China.
2. The specimen is clamped using a pneumatic clamping method.
3. Temperature values are displayed in real time, and all sensors are digital temperature sensors.
4. The cold plate is cooled by water, ensuring minimal temperature fluctuations and high precision.
5. The temperature acquisition module is imported, ensuring high quality and a low failure rate.
6. Equipped with automatic protection features, including over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, and over-current protection.
